Knowledgeable people in the company with some fantastic trainers
Svantaggi
Training is crushed in to as small a time as possible in order to minimize costs - this means it is incredibly stressful and ineffective.
Although they run projects across branches - there is little to no support in these.
Recently undergone a big "shake up" meaning some management had to reapply for their own jobs - this means that the company is now mostly run by Buck & Hickman managers, some of them are great at the job whereas others are truly awful and moreover they will prioritize Buck & Hickman over Brammer every time.
Job roles are unclear at the best of times and with this there is little to no direction on what you should be achieving other than rushing to invoice everything at the end of the month to drastically inflate figures.
The systems are archaic and will not be invested in because they invested in Buck & Hickman instead.
The big problem with this is that you need to price items - if you are inexperienced there is no model to go by for this and you will be regularly undercut by competition.
Too many sales people and not enough leaders.
There is no path of career progression and I noticed a lot of people just enjoying being comfortable within their roles. This stagnancy is not good for the growth of a company and these characters can typically create problematic atmospheres as experienced within my office.
