      Product has issues and does not work v well, which in turn make it difficult to manage clients. Company lost its direction with the leaving of founders Shrunk its SG and AU offices, move to remote work, and spend more resources in India. Now it feels more like an Indian company than a US company. Removed the whole customer success function which is taking 10 steps back.

If you need help getting enrolled in the 401k, please reach out to the People Team and we are happy to help. If you don't work with Branch Metrics, I would recommend moving the review so the correct Branch can see that you're having a great experience!
