Great room for advancement and upper management is hands on. The benefits are pretty good especially the maternity leave. And there is 401k and HSA contributions which is great.

Way too many systems to complete tasks, makes it difficult to do simple maintenance requests. The work life balance could use some improvement as well.

Customers and other employees were a pleasure to work with and work for.

Owner is very unethical and dishonest. Choses to blame others for his bad judgement. He is not an effective business owner and extremely difficult to work for.
