Let's not beat about the bush. Pay is poor, we are talking 20 - 30% below the market rate in a lot of cases. This results in a high turnover of staff in several departments. Don't dare ask for more money once employed, you'll be treated with contempt regardless of the merit. You'll be broadly sold the virtues of the culture and the business and told to be patient. New recruits always get paid more, get used to it, otherwise they couldn't attract anybody to join. You'll be asked to a do job above your pay-scale in the majority of roles. Staff morale in this area is low, don't expect this to change without a radical overhaul. Communication certainly isn't transparent. Because of the pay issues, even when the business is doing well it is not effectively shared. God forbid people may ask for more money if they over achieve on their objectives. This is a sad fact of working at Brand Addition. If you have any ambition then forget working here. Annual reviews are pretty much a pen-pushing exercise, there are no career plans or paths. If you want structure and progression in your career, give this one a wide berth. There are some very rude people that work here, for some reason their behaviour is accepted.
