      Toxic environment where it’s clear management don’t care about staff wellbeing. Expected to work longer hours without extra pay. CEO is seemingly intentionally intimidating and rude. Disorganised company, days are often stressful and you’re never offered any support. Some power-hungry colleagues who will throw others under the bus, and it seems to work for them. Embarrassingly high staff turnover. If you like working in an environment where you’re constantly on-edge and publicly ridiculed, by all means apply for BMG.

      Clocking out at the end of every day

      Too many to mention but overall the company is run by an egotistical maniac intent on making sure everyone knows who is boss however sadly he has very little actual talent in terms of what is required to run a successful business without the aid of striking the fear of god into your hardworking employees. Managers are suck ups to previously mentioned egotistical maniac who owns the company and throw lower down employees under the bus as if they were at a bowling alley. Overall atmosphere is terrible, the place is anxiety inducing due to multiple threatening emails sent by managers/egotistical maniac. In terms of product produced, this is rarely of a decent quality due to how many corners they want to cut in the sake of profit versus quality/safety etc.

      Possibly the worst work experience of my career. The owner is mental. His management team are fools. Horrible place. Dont do it.
