While being part of a RIF was certainly not something my teammates or I had hoped for, the experience ultimately offered unexpected clarity. My time at BE showed me the kind of people and environment I want to work with in the future. So even though it began as a challenge, it ultimately became a meaningful turning point that helped shape my path forward.
