Last-minute layoffs and reductions in work hours. This company didn't even try to be thoughtful toward employees. No upward mobility, clicky favoritism in management. Supervisors are pushed between a rock and a hard place because of the upper management greed-based culture. Last-minute pay reduction for employees staying past COVID-19; IN SPITE of revenue increases. This company took criminal advantage of the pandemic, took $$ and then crapped on their staff.
