Good overall sometimes but not all

Full time but fine I guess

Location - it's possible to work in central London

- The employees are talking behind clients back right after the meeting/ call with the client is over! - Clients don't receive the quality service. - They are proud to have an office in central London, but the truth is that almost all employees are in Leeds. The London office is just a couple of hot desks that they are sharing with another company. - The people are unfriendly and if you are not drinking/ partying with them after work, you will have a tough time in the office. - Workload is extremely high and overwhelming at time - They have the flexible working policy, but if you want to start later or leave earlier, other employees will look weird at you - No HR department. What's more, they will not give you the proper specification of the role and will expect you to guess what your duties should be. If you didn't guess properly they will be highly disappointed.
