Brandwatch used to be THE place to work. It had a brilliant culture, amazing talent and awesome progression. But that has all been stripped away. Now, I don’t know a single person that isn’t actively looking for another job. Pay hasn’t increased in 3 years, redundancies are happening every 6 months but are brushed under the carpet and the private equity firm running things is stripping the company for parts and keeping all the pieces for themselves. If you’re looking for an easy gig then absolutely go for a job at Brandwatch. But if you’re looking for a company you can believe in, one you’re excited about working for, one that’ll pay you well and one that is surrounded by people who will motivate you - Brandwatch isn’t it. It’s a crying shame, but the only thing going for it now is that the flexibility is good. That’s it. Save your soul and don’t work here. For those left, just know your talent is absolutely wasted in this company and you deserve better.
