The leadersihip of the engineering group is poor, at best. Managing with fear and insecurities, many newbies on the executive team are hyperfocused on unimportant things. HR is a complete mess and legal counsel is focused on becoming besties with other leaders. Weak people management across the board. Has a diversity problem deeply ingrained in the culture. Few women leaders, very few minority leaders (any?) and very little support for it, other than words.
