They like to hold up employees pay. Taking days to confirm shifts through emails but will make phone calls to facilities to confirm shifts but will make an employee wait days to get paid waiting on an email. Based on my experience it’s never really the facility. They change the rules without notice expecting you to read the fine print every time you pick up a shift. The pay rate has been lowered on multiple occasions. They don’t really have a care for their employees as long as we do what works for them. Facilities do what they want and call all the shots Bravo is just there to collect. When facilities were paying bonuses, I got paid for a bonus and bravo told me it was a mistake and asked for the money back. They don’t pay over time for double shifts. They should and most agencies in Philadelphia do. They’ll ignore you when they don’t want to help you.
