Quite simply the worst place I have ever worked. Avoid like the plague. The owners and directors sit (quite literally) looking down on the rest of the teams. People cry at their desks. They are “creative” with the results and award entries they submit. There are weird cliques of people who have been there for many years while new account execs/interns/grads are treated terribly, if you like being chained to your desk thiugh this could be for you! If not, try one of the many other agencies in Manchester. “Brazen by name, Brazen by nature”
