- Terrible benefits. 11 days off to start with.
- Health insurance is insanely expensive. ($400 a month)
- The owner brushes his teeth in the lunch room, that is just unhygienic.
- Some managers do nothing but sit all day in their office.
- No proper training.
- No a tier system, to escalate problems. If someone can't figure out an issue they are stuck.
- No place for developing a career unless you plan on being a support tech for years.
- Programming requests are slow and support should not have to deal with the clients if the change is needed.
- Open all day on Thanksgiving eve, The day after thanksgiving, Christmas eve and New Years eve.
- The software is coded in a really old programming language. (PLB)
- Program is terrible, constantly breaking.
