Bread financial can be a great place to work and you can make good money here. But there are so many things that can be better and there rating for great place to work is make believe there results are because all there survey are yes or no answer and most people if they don’t 100 percent believe it a no they will put yes even though they don’t deserve all yes. Bread financial is a stressful toxic place to work. They even fired some good manager who didn’t deserve to be let go and some leads as well left because of the way bread is doing things they are all about money money but not about the associates and people who work there. Just like how they said they wasn’t gonna lay ppl off and then they laid off 500 your job is not safe the economy keep getting worse and sooner or later bread will let you go like u meant nothing to the organization.
