A bullying management team at head office, staff mysteriously and suddenly leave, become demoted or pushed out of roles they love. A highly funded and financed charity that can't put a figure on what £5, £10 or £20 would actually do to help a young person in care or moving on. Staff are not given the opportunity to flourish and grow in roles, no coaching or development. Staff affairs, no clear vision or future thoughts of what the charity aims to do.
