flexible, good schedule, they offer students when you desire more good appreciative management, they are very supportive

the pay could be more competitive they could provide more lesson planning, although I believe that has dramatically improved too many changes in the organization and administration duties with policies that change constantly ..that is very time consuming .. many emails with updates

They are a Professional company, I had effective communication with the Admin Team, and they were always seeking to improve their processes for the benefit of all parties.

The admin was fairly complex at times regarding certain students, but I know this was to comply with regulations.
