However, within just a week of joining, they backtracked on their commitments, stating that they suddenly didn’t have the budget to honor the agreed-upon compensation. Without any prior notice or valid explanation, they reduced the salary to less than half of the original offer, leaving employees in a difficult position. This kind of dishonesty and lack of transparency shows just how unprofessional and unreliable this agency is. It's clear that they do not value their employees or their commitments.
