      Great work environment, management does well finding talent with positive personalities. They also choose to work with fewer employees and pay those employees well rather than over staff and keep pay low. For that reason every day is fast paced and challenging. Coming from a previous job in sales with scripted presentations, it is nice to be able to use the tools you’re given to find creative ways to help the customer.

      Fast paced environment due to the rapid growth of the company, so you have to be prepared to work hard. I enjoy it because it makes the work day go quicker, but it could be challenging for someone without a good work ethic.

      This company has done so much to develop my skills and abilities. The owners paid for me to get my insurance license. I have been provided with many opportunities for growth. I started in customer service, which opened the door for me to move into sales. This company provided warm leads. Breathe Easy is appointed to write with multiple insurance carriers. When I began in sales I received training not only from managers at Breathe East but also waspaid to go to seminars with different carriers. If you are interested in a career in the insurance industry there is not a better place to be. This company requires a high level of commission. It is a fast pace environment and produces insurance at an incredibly high volume. However, this is service based industry. Employees are expected to nurture every single client of the agency. The company has grown temendously in the time that I have worked there. Overall, the biggest attraction of working at Breathe Easy is the opportunity for growth.
