Breg is Toxic! Run. Now! - Recensione dipendente - Employee presso Breg

First and foremost all the bad reviews are TRUE. I am a CURRENT employee. Don’t bother applying at this company. HR and the people who interview you will tell you these negative reviews are from disgruntled former employees. They will tell you Breg is full of opportunity, that we are growing, that we are a profitable well run company. None of this is true. If you come to the office for an interview, look at the people working. Are they smiling, do they make eye contact with you? NO. The people at Breg are unhappy, overworked and treated badly. I am doing the job of three people, I am overworked and treated like a throwaway, replaceable person. Favoritism and double standards are everywhere. Pay is low, and the raises are not even cost of living. And thats when you even get one. Breg loves to talk about the culture, how amazing it is, how its what makes Breg this well-oiled machine that can do anything. The culture is NOT practiced in a way that makes the company run better. It’s used as propaganda for certain favored employees to keep getting promoted based on nothing but brown nosing. These people have NO experience in the jobs they are given. Management (if you can even call it that) is disrespectful verbally to direct reports, to the point of being intimidating. One last thing. Breg is NOT doing well financially. The last two company acquisitions have been a disaster. There has been a year of layoffs at every level of the company. Do yourself, your career, your health and your sanity stay away from this company.
