Work is easy to do, things work like clockwork if left alone, there is some really helpfull and nice people there(none in management unforrunatelly)

Management lie to you as soon as you pass their door, their KPI's are NOT easy to achieve, the orders aren't randomly assigned and a order with 5 grams in 1 box and a order with a 100 boxes of 10kg count as the same for them, yet they will harass you about "bad KPI's" even when you only get heavy orders. Not to mention the "we are family" are a complete lie, any stupid mistake and you are out of the door without proper explanation or second chances. It's not a surprise it's the first company i saw with such strong uni willon presence there, management is bad as it comes and don't know how to deal with people.
