Coworkers are nice. Pay is okay

Horrible top Management. No room for growth. Management plays favorites. Company is in serious financial trouble, won't spend the money where it's needed to grow. Never any pay increases. Not easily accessible if taking the transit. Insignificant meetings where nothing comes from it.
