Management micromanage every aspect of your activity. Support resources are overworked and response time costs lost sales. Local management cannot be bothered during lunch hours when sales reps have time to talk. Inventory levels continue to shrink again costing lost sales. Pricing is usually high, costing lost sales. Negative office environment which results in push back at every opportunity where support is requested. Staff is under trained and those who are dedicated are all frustrated at lack of support.
