The litany regulatory hoops required when utilizing federal and state funds is a major frustration. Requirements have been known to suddenly change half way through a project.

Good managers and friendly staff. They actually encourage employees to search for new jobs while performing regular duties.

Most jobs are contract which are re-negotiated every year or so. People are constantly worried about losing there jobs.

Close knit employees who take their jobs seriously but take care of each other and have fun. Potlucks, etc were a common theme. BWF put's a ton of weight on training and ensures you have what you need to complete the job..

Svantaggi

There weren't really many downsides. The amount of work we had to complete as an individual sometimes was cumbersome and didn't seem to be prioritized by others.
