Absolutely horrible work life balance in QC. High turnover meant the people that stayed with it got tasked with waaaaay too many responsibilities. Communication didn't exist. I never felt valued and my work ethic was exploited because they refused to staff accordingly. I worked there for 7 years and they day I left I never looked back and now realize that the stress nearly killed me. Watch what department you apply for because all of the good things in the interview they tell you never apply to anyone outside of HR or Managers/Directors
