Great team. Great coworkers. Lots of freedom to do your work as you please as long as the work gets done.

Can’t get anything done if you need to actually reach out to upper management. Getting LEGO corp to do anything is like pulling teeth.

Lower-level managers were great, being approachable, communicative, and competent. Casual work culture, not too stressful

Higher-ups were alright, occasionally making errors that led to small delays and/or confusion. Other than that, they were not overbearing or the like.
