As someone who’s worked for big corporations and a start-up, Brideside is the PERFECT combo of both. They really are a start-up that has its sh*t together! The department heads are all so smart and have valuable knowledge and experience that they bring to the company. The staff is well-rounded with excellent resources to learn from and grow within the company. The culture is excellent, the management and communication within my department is positive and encouraging. Managers are always open to your input and contributions, no matter what level you are! In my first few months, I felt my ideas were taken very seriously and I have already made significant contributions and gotten to drive huge important projects. This company does an excellent job recognizing good work and celebrating the achievements of its employees. The industry and product itself is already exciting, and the workplace structure makes it that much better. I’ve never experienced better management and more fun while working than I have so far at Brideside. The company is growing at a rapid pace which has been really exciting to be a part of. This company is great if you love small-ish teams, open communication, and coworkers that become your friends!
Also, there’s unlimited vacation, work from home opportunities, a trendy west loop location, and occasional dogs in the office!
