Upper management (Current CCO/New CEO) is vindictive and hostile toward staff and patients alike. Patients have reported feeling like it was a "dictatorship" under their "rule". CCO has caused scenes in office with patients that were extremely disruptive and upsetting to other patient's treatment and well-being.
Staff constantly work under a constant sense of fear and anxiety, which is amplified when the CCO is in office. Any mistakes, big or small, will result in overly harsh criticism and even insults from CCO than has left staff visibly upset, sometimes in tears.
Huge revolving door "culture" that created an high potential for consistently damaged patient rapport when they suddenly learn their counselor is gone with no prior warning/chance for closure, which sows distrust and resent the facility as a whole.
