Brainstorming - Long meetings with no agenda, no conclusion. Full Medical Coverage - Health, Dental and Mental. Work from Anywhere - Bus, Car, Train and Plane.

Employees not valued since plans are mostly short term, 1-2 years. Management direction change every 2-3 weeks. Management decision overwrites all professional evaluation done. No ownership but always looking for someone to be responsible. High turnover, new faces every 2-3 months. Majority of workforce are Chinese. Long probation and notice period duration. Need to work on weekends, weekday nights, follow China calendar. Pretend to be MNC but all communication and documents in Chinese.
