None. There were some at the beginning but that before I knew what I was really getting myself into...
Svantaggi
Well first thing's first, the job security here at this job is solely based on how you behave and interactions between employees and management. If you question management at all or call them out on their inconsistencies, kiss your job goodbye. Next, ever since they decided to let go half of intake team and an intake team lead literally walked out, the pressure is now on. They pay attention to incomprehensible metrics that are nearly impossible to achieve. Training is atrocious; you are stuck in a room with a team lead who gives you examples on how to push people to sign these contracts and essentially kisses up to the higher ups and the law firms we work for. To top it off, the tech that we use is almost always breaking down. Not only did they fire half of the intake team, but they also let go of tech employees who were probably part of the only few people who actually understood the tech issues we were going through. Upper management is extremely passive aggressive, unprofessional, or down right oblivious to the situation. After the massive firing, most employees are afraid to speak their minds and express their frustrations. The culture of the office has changed for the worse and now they are about to take away hybrid work; making us all come in office to keep up appearances. There is so much more I could express but even thinking about it has stressed me out. Do yourself a favor and pass on this job. The higher ups are now trying to hide the negative reviews that former employees have left with fake positive ones. They've even asked certain employees to "help out" by writing their own positive reviews as well.
