Management doesn’t really care about staff. This place runs on the goodwill of the staff helping out doing extra climbs, working on days off, working ridiculously long days. Don’t expect to be compensated for any of this. Don’t expect weekend penalty rates. 12 hour days are common during peak. The pay is honestly terrible for the level of service you provide and management have no interest in paying climb leaders what they are worth. The turn over rate is crazy high. They don’t care. You are dispensable to them. They just want to charge sky high prices for the product while paying the people that deliver it crumbs.
