      BridgeHealth has a great CEO (Mark) who really cares for the employees and in genuine in working to develop a great company culture. I enjoy the collaborative nature of the working environment, work flexibility, and the challenge of being part of a company that is disruptive to the way in which surgery benefits are handled for self funded employers. Quality ranks at the top of the criteria for the business.

      The building the business is in is in multiple floors and offices, and the building is old and has issues.

The dedication of individuals such as yourself is what helped us achieve a 95% member satisfaction rating in 2017! As for the building, hang in there! Our current office served its purpose; however, soon the entire team will be together in our new, functional and beautiful space. Thank you for your continued service.       Thank you for your 5-star review! I’m humbled by your compliment, but any great work I might be doing is the result of the team I stand alongside. Your assessment of BridgeHealth is accurate. As disruptors, we don’t have the benefit of learning from others’ mistakes. Instead we are making the mistakes, learning from them, and moving on. 2019 has been a year of positive momentum both in terms of outperforming forecasts and beating record highs that we surpassed earlier this year. These successes don’t come without bumps in the road, and to your point, as a company well-poised for growth, the most successful team members understand the collaboration, grit, and team first mentality it takes to have fun on this journey. Highly skilled and experienced people at all levels that are extremely passionate about the work they are doing. A dynamic and collaborative culture, filled with humble, selfless people who respect and care for each other and all other internal/external stakeholders. Serious work, being performed by people who do not take themselves too seriously and know how to joke and have fun.

      Current office space is dated and cramped at times, brand new space/furniture is coming, just not fast enough. Technology pains that are typical of start-up companies as they prepare to scale, but I can see the light.
