All above was a lie. This is another garbage corporate company that sucks the life out of you. They want you to shut up and work. Don’t speak your mind. You go to “round tables” to make this place better but nothing gets done. If your sick, you have to use your PTO, if your power goes out, you have to use your PTO. They will get what they want out of you and throw you out. No response for sick pay or not sick pay due to Covid. If you don’t fit the image then you won’t more forward with Developing. If your a top tier agent they want to keep you were you are at and not move you forward. Worked here for almost 3 years, put in my two weeks to be respectful and professional, just to find out I’m not getting my pto pay out. While I spoke to other former employees who got there PTO pay out just last month. Lied to my face saying they don’t do that. Advise to others, use your PTO before they let you go or before you put in your two weeks. They are scrambling around trying to figure out what they can do when they have no idea how to treat employees They gave everyone a raise to $20 an hour but to cap our bonuses even lower then before. So the raise wasn’t really a raise. In the long run most likely making them more and more money.
