They charge weekly 8£ insurance for the company,
lack of help from area managers, or they ignore your message sometimes,
sometimes you need to deal with the payslip team, area manager, back and forth if you did not recieve payments or recieved the wrong payment. it might take some weeks to sort this out.
mostly night shifts.
pay is low for normal supervisors (not worth the risk of working as a club security),
they level up some people as head supervisor but some of them are terrible at team leading.
