-Low pay -Favoritism -Impossible to get enough hours to live (you're lucky if you get 20 hrs a week as a bridgeheader) -No benefits unless you're full time -Corporate -Lack of communication and leaves baristas in the dark -Supervisors barely get paid more than bridgeheaders and have more work and stress -No opportunities to move up in the company
