Thank you for the four-star rating and the positive feedback. We are glad to know you are enjoying your employment experience and the flexibility and work-life balance that we offer our employees. We take the security of our employee data and our client data very seriously and we remain ever vigilant in our protection of that data from any security breaches. I do admit that we all need to accept certain security measures to protect that data and that does take some extra steps. Having said this, both our employees and our clients are able to have confidence that we safeguard their information in a safe and appropriate manner.

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours. - My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years. - No bonuses.

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
