The organization feels fragmented, with multiple acquired entities now operating under one umbrella, but without unified leadership or coherent strategy. Communication between department heads is lacking, leading to disjointed workflows and inefficiencies. The culture can feel more like a college fraternity or sorority than a professional environment, marked by cliques and a strong sense of self-preservation over collaboration or innovation. Job security, rather than delivering quality work, often seems to be the primary concern across departments. New hires should be aware that loyalty within the company is reserved for long-standing employees, and even that can be tenuous. Compensation practices are also worth scrutinizing—particularly claims about 401(k) matching, which only fully vest after five years. Overall, BridgeNext may serve as a stepping stone for those early in their careers, but it's not a place built for long-term growth or stability.

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
