I was hired as an Intern going into my Senior year. It was an incredible experience. There's no way some of these reviews are real. Management was supportive and they gave me a ton of training. I sat in on monthly company meetings and internal trainings and completely felt like part of the team. The President took time with me to talk about sales and the industry and I could tell he genuinely cares. Everyone was friendly, the building is the coolest I've seen so far, and it felt like an environment where I could learn and grow.

I mean, sales is difficult, and it seems like recruiting is heavily sales driven. It was intimidating getting into parts of the job where I didn't feel like I had all of the answers.

Coworkers were kind, and there was genuine effort from some teams to keep morale high.

Bridgeway Partners presented itself as a collaborative environment, but in reality, it operated in silos. Communication between teams was fragmented, and priorities changed so often that no one knew what to focus on. Workloads piled up quickly, and deadlines were unreasonable for the resources provided. The constant pressure to deliver without support made the atmosphere stressful and unproductive. Those who cared about doing things right often ended up burned out from trying to compensate for the lack of structure. The company's goals might be admirable, but its execution keeps employees from ever reaching them.
