BridgeWork Partners is more than a place to work, and it's more than your job or career, you are embraced and loved and recognized for your uniqueness and what your contributions are to help the company and our employees. We recognize that there is a work/life balance and every person's "balance" is different - but that's part of what makes us always work to come together to lend support where it is needed. And the little secret that you may not hear anywhere else is that we want to come together to help each other, it's not a burden it's a blessing.

The benefits are expensive, it's a small, family owned company though, it's to be expected, but they are still affordable and there are choices.

This is an amazing company. The whole staff is courteous and efficient when assisting with employment. I started with my company that they hired me for, in January 2015. I went permanent in May of 2015 and am still here. I've referred 4 people to Bridgework who have also been placed with employment. All the girls at the office are very kind and professional. They even gave me a Visa gift card as a thank you note for referring others to them. I've been through other staffing agencies in the past and none of them compare to Bridgework. I would/do recommend this company to everyone.
