If you’re looking for integrity, transparency, and genuine care—look elsewhere. My experience with Bridging Freedom was deeply unsettling and, frankly, disturbing on multiple levels. What initially appeared to be a mission-driven, compassionate organization quickly revealed itself to operate under a cloak of flattery and polished language that masks a far more toxic internal reality. There is a pattern of saying the “right” things publicly while failing to follow through privately. Commitments are made easily—but honoring them seems optional. The leadership style felt manipulative and, at times, predatory—more “shark-like” than servant-hearted. There’s a subtle but persistent use of pressure, redirection, and narrative control that leaves you questioning your own experience rather than addressing legitimate concerns. Instead of accountability, there’s deflection. Instead of clarity, there’s confusion. What’s most troubling is the gap between the organization’s stated mission and its operational behavior. When an organization claims to stand for healing and restoration, yet fosters an environment that feels petty, dismissive, and emotionally unsafe, that contradiction cannot be ignored. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s alarming. Proceed with extreme caution. You have been forewarned: run far, far away as fast as you possibly can!
