Nothing to like about the Company

Worst Managers and Owners to work for. There is lot of mismanagement and also there are Abusive owners who think people working for them are slaves and always try to save money by deducting salaries, asking employees to work even the people are Corona Positive or to take unpaid Leaves. In every company where people were being supported by the Employers, this was the only company who were asking people people to take unpaid leaves and there were no financial support from their end.

Employees often feel treated like resources rather than valued contributors Severe micromanagement with little to no trust in the team Lack of domain knowledge at the managerial level Credit for work is frequently not given to the actual contributors Poor communication results in more interference than guidance Low morale and high stress environment
