* The Brigade team has a clear mission - make American citizens engage in the political process and drive for impact. I have never worked for a company that worked on a more important problem. I suspect I never will. * Great team of inspiring people, truly cares about making an impact. Many of the people that left, moved on to working for other orgs that try to make the world a better place. * Management is trying hard to keep people motivated and focused. They are not always successful (see "cons") but they are attentive and engaged. * Great office location (SOMA), nice perks.

* This is a hard space. The user is "the American voter" but that user rarely wants to engage. * Product direction changes too frequently to my taste. I can understand that, considering my previous point.
