BrightAI has a work force that is heavily biased toward the back office and management (both upper and middle). Upper management likes to tout their transparency and titles held at previous big-tech employers, however, in practice their alignment, communication, and strategic decision making is continuously lackluster. It also would seem that a majority of the original employees and members of leadership have all worked together in the past roles - those within this 'good ole boys' club are often immune to any sort of criticism or feedback and those individuals not in this core group would too often be used as scapegoats.
