I always feel like Senior Management takes employee concerns seriously and are willing to listen and act when needed. Pay is competitive and benefits are great. The work is engaging and rewarding.

As with most smaller companies, you can get pulled in many directions and have to wear many hats. It's not necessarily a bad thing, as you will gain lots of great experience, but at times you can be stretched thin,
