BrightHr is great place to start your sales career. The management team are constantly supporting the team and feeding back on calls. The earning potential is great with uncapped commission and the team are all great to work with. In my first year out of university i made over 45K.

I understand that sales is a hard industry and it is difficult to succeed, If you are looking for an easy job this is not it. It takes dedication to the role in order to succeed.

-Management are supportive, -Earning Potential -Transferrable Skills - Benefits (HOLIDAYS FOR TOP PERFORMERS) - Floor Managers and Associate Director are lovely and very supportive and really do try to help where they can. Very very good culture. people are lovely and it is a nice place to be most of the time

-Basic Salary i was offered is the same one i was on at 19 and it has not changed for anybody since i have been here this needs a review! - Policies within the business are laughable, but again as seen in other reviews there is too much bureacracy for things to be changed. - your time is not your own, Headcount has increased significantly but the amount of staff "ALLOWED" off is 2 at a time in team of 40! - Lateness policies - I stayed one evening til 7:30pm (2 hours after my shift to sign a deal) i then recieved a formal warning for being 3 minutes late due to a crash which i showed evidence of! - 0 Common Sense in internal policies.
