This is a results-driven company. If you are not hungry for more each day you will not be successful with Brightstar. This could be interpreted as a con if you are "just looking for a job". This is not an hourly position. Familiarity with sales business models, self-motivation, and an open mind to growth and accountability are critical traits to possess. As far as cons go, I personally didn't see any glaring issues for the business model.
