No one hits quota and the expectations go beyond your role of a traditional SDR role. The senior sellers only hang out with each other and make a point to exclude you. If you're a girl, forget about getting a long with the other female managers in the office. Forget about being invited to happy hours if you've been with the company for less than 2 years. Oh and not to mention the pay. Expect to be paid less than the industry standard of what other SDR's in SF are being paid.
