First they asked to stay at-least 6 hrs in office, but if you leave early, manager will say - "Half day today?" They are expecting you to complete 9hrs in office, three times a week. 4. No parties, no trips. 5. Every two months when higher management comes to India, they will schedule a town-hall. They will schedule it a far away remote place, most boring team building activities, and worse food. 6. No career growth. No one-on-ones with manager. 7. No culture 8. Nobody cares what garbage code you write. Code reviews are not thorough. Bad unit test cases being written. 9. No meetings Friday is a huge lie. 10. HR's won't consider the candidates you refer. Better to apply directly. 11. No cab service, no free food.
