Great boss, great team, learn a great deal about construction & weatherization

Layers of government bureaucracy slowing things down . Some great clients, some not great clients.

1. Extremely high turnover rate. 2. Management does not provide enough support 3. There is hardly any useful training. 4. Very unresponsive management team. (Expect no reply for at least 1 full day) 5. The management team has more PTO than most of the employees (they are the only people who can work for longer than five years and, as a result, have more PTO than anyone else). 6. very unorganized management; cancels meetings the day before the meeting. 7. No advancement. Department also hire a lot of temp agencies to lower the labor cost) 8. Lack of diversity. All higher management, at least in the Family Support department, all supervisors are one single race.
