Dear Reviewer, It is unfortunate that you feel our pay scale is unfair and that our CEO doesn’t know the names of our employees. If you have previously met our CEO, you would know that he takes a personal interest in the welfare of all employees, and when speaking with any of them identifies them by name and gives them the utmost respect. Our CEO would not make such a remark, regardless of our turnover. Brightside Academy’s goal, is to remain fair, consistent, and competitive with pay practices. Our current pay rates and benefits are amongst the highest nationwide and conform to PA Keys lattice levels.
