Brinkmann is not a terrible company as a whole and there are some great people working there. They have some great benefits. They has an ESOP, 401K, money towards a trip at your 5 and 10 year anniversaries along with an extra week vacation, yearly bonus, and more.

Over the last year, five in accounting department have left because of this environment. Four of them were with the company for more than 5 years and one almost 20 years, three left with no new job lined up. There is constant feeling of unease and stress. It is a very unpleasant environment to work in.
